Is Mastria Kia Open Right Now?
Yes, Mastria Kia is open right now!
Our Raynham Kia service and parts center is open on weekdays from 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Mondays Through Fridays, and 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM on Saturdays. You can easily schedule Kia service online or call our dealership to speak with one of our experts. We’re also currently offering complimentary pick-up and drop-off for service visits.
Our Kia Sales showrooms are open from 9:00 AM-6:00 PM, Mondays through Fridays, and 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturdays. Although the showrooms are open, we highly suggest making an appointment before coming down to help control the amount of people here at any given time. We’ll also have a limited amount of staff members available throughout the day, so please arrive promptly and let us know if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. The health and safety of our customers and employees is the top priority, which is why we have new practices and sanitation measures in place, so you can feel confident when you visit our Massachusetts Kia dealer.

Whether you’re looking to buy or lease a new Kia, you’ll get peace of mind knowing we’ll deliver it to you for a test-drive or after the purchase. And if you do visit our dealership, rest assured that we’re constantly wiping down and disinfecting all areas of the dealership throughout the day, as well as limiting the number of customers in our showroom at any given time.
If you choose to have a car delivered to you, know that all our vehicles are properly cleaned and sanitized per the guidelines we’ve received from local authorities. We’ll give you a virtual walkaround of the vehicle, and then set up a convenient time and place for a test-drive. Our staff is trained on the best practices for social distancing to ensure every interaction is safe.

Is Mastria Kia Offering Pick-Up/Delivery for Service?
Yes, Mastria Kia is happy to deliver to you for service!
Depending on availability, we’ll either come pick up your vehicle with two associates or have one team member drive to your home and leave a rental vehicle for you to use while we work on your car. Like the vehicles we service, we’re also taking necessary measures to sanitize and disinfect all of our loaner vehicles prior to delivery.

Is Mastria Kia Offering Pick-Up/Delivery for Sales and Test-Drives?
Yes, Mastria Kia is offering pick-up and delivery for sales and test-drives!
If you’re interested in a test-drive, we can deliver the vehicle to your home. Or, if you are able to visit our dealership, we can schedule a test-drive for a time that’s most convenient for you!

What Is the FastLane Process?
If you know exactly which new or used Kia you’d like to buy, you can buy a car online with our FastLane process. Whether you’re financing, leasing or paying in cash, you can easily complete your full purchase online and buy a car in as little as 20 minutes. When Should I Expect My Vehicle to Arrive After Completing the FastLane Process?
Once you’ve completed the FastLane process, a member of our team will reach out to set up delivery. You can either pick up your new car at our Massachusetts Kia dealership or have the vehicle delivered to your home or office. Depending on availability, this could be as soon as one day after you’ve completed the steps online.

What If Mastria Doesn’t Have the Color or Package That I Want?
We have over 1,300 new and used vehicles for sale, so you can rest assured that we carry a large variety of colors and trim levels no matter what you’re looking for. If we don’t happen to have the specific car or SUV you’re interested in, we’ll try to find it elsewhere. When obtaining vehicles that aren’t in our inventory we appreciate your understanding and patience, as this process can take some time.

What Are the New Mastria Kia Sanitation Measures?
Here at Mastria Kia, there’s nothing more important to us than the health and safety of our customers and employees. In addition to our regular cleaning schedule, we are taking steps to protect our community, including:
-Increasing the number of times our dealership is cleaned daily, with dedicated crews disinfecting high-traffic areas hourly.
-A cleaning service that comes in every night and performs a deep clean throughout the entire facility.
-Lysol wipes that are available at every workstation.
-Sanitizing high-touch areas frequently, including door handles, chairs, desks and phones.
-Disinfecting our vehicles before and after test-drives, including high-touch areas like door handles, key fobs, steering wheels and gear shifts.
– Ensuring that all our employees are washing their hands frequently and using hand sanitizer in between washings.
-Instructing any employee who does not feel well or is experiencing symptoms to stay home from work, and encouraging customers who do not feel well to reschedule their appointments or speak with us remotely.
-Postponing any business-related travel, including meetings and vendor visits.

How Should I Clean My Car to Prevent Coronavirus?
If you’re using your car for errands like grocery store runs or any other purpose, it’s important to sanitize it frequently to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. Not sure how to disinfect your car? We recommend the following measures:
-Wash your hands; put on disposable gloves (if available) before you begin sanitizing your car.
-Use a mild dish soap or other common household disinfectants to scrub high-touch areas like the dashboard, steering wheel, touchscreens and door handles.
– If you have space and supplies, consider keeping disinfecting wipes in your car for more frequent wipe downs.
-Not sure how to clean leather seats in a car? You can use any type of leather cleaner. Be sure to use a microfiber cloth to avoid scratching the leather!
